Perfect for a mid-day break, this green tea, lemon and lemongrass blend will wake up your senses and improve your mental focus.

Hot Tea
Prepare 250ml of hot water. Add one to two teaspoons of the lavender buds. Steep for three to five minutes. Add a teaspoon of honey.

Iced Tea
Prepare 250ml of hot water. Add one to two teaspoons of the lavender buds. Steep for three to five minutes. Pour over a glass with ice. Add a teaspoon of honey.

Cold-Brew Iced Tea
Prepare 250ml of cold water. Add one to two teaspoons of the lavender buds. Chill in the fridge for four to 48 hours. Pour over glass with ice. Add a teaspoon of honey.
